Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. </div> <div> </div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div> </div> </div></div><p><strong>The work: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, maintain, and update ArcGIS Online (AGOL) dashboards, map services, web layers, and reporting tools for coverage reinvestment activities.</li> <li>Design and build web‑based GIS applications and visualization tools using JavaScript GIS frameworks (e.g., ArcGIS API for JavaScript, Leaflet, Mapbox, OpenLayers).</li> <li>Implement GIS functionality within web applications, ensuring responsive, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces that support program reporting and operational needs.</li> <li>Import, export, and organize large ArcGIS datasets and associated metadata while ensuring integrity, consistency, and adherence to geospatial data standards.</li> <li>Process and analyze crowdsourced datasets and geospatial information to generate insights that inform AOI analysis, investment decisions, and program reporting.</li> <li>Support creation of geospatial products such as maps, layers, attribute tables, dashboards, and documentation that meet FirstNet Authority accuracy and traceability requirements.</li> <li>Assist senior GIS personnel with workflows, model runs, data preparation, and version control tasks for nationwide coverage planning.</li> <li>Conduct routine validation and quality checks on GIS datasets to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with program standards.</li> <li>Maintain repository structures, file catalogs, and AGOL content for efficient retrieval and use of spatial products across engineering, business and program teams.</li> <li>Provide day‑to‑day support for geospatial documentation needs, including updating SOPs, workflow diagrams, and materials for executive, technical, and program reviews.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Here’s what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust required.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li> <li>Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst or Developer.</li> <li>A graduate certification or advanced degree may offset one year of experience.</li> <li>Experience establishing and maintaining ArcGIS Online (AGOL) mapping and reporting dashboards.</li> <li>Professional experience developing GIS applications using JavaScript-based web mapping tools (ArcGIS API for JS preferred, but other JavaScript GIS platforms are acceptable).</li> <li>GIS development experience must include creating, modifying, and deploying web GIS components such as maps, layers, widgets, and interactive geospatial tools.</li> <li>Experience importing and exporting large ArcGIS datasets and associated information.</li> <li>Experience using crowdsourced data to produce actionable insights for investment activities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience with a multi‑state or national public safety communications program or project.</li> <li>Experience integrating GIS visualizations into web-based operational dashboards or enterprise applications.</li> <li>Experience ensuring cross-platform compatibility and performance optimization of web GIS applications.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
