Provide guidance on implementation issues as needed.</li> <li><strong>Business Support & Development</strong><br>Provide legal support for CLS’s strategic initiatives, including new service models, operational enhancements, and partnerships. Advise on legal risks and ensure alignment with company objectives.</li> <li><strong>Contract Management</strong><br>Draft, review, negotiate, and amend contracts related to logistics assets and operations, including services, procurement, insurance, and carrier agreements. Offer guidance on standard agreements and terms to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Dispute Resolution</strong><br>Manage and resolve disputes arising from logistics transactions, including fact-finding, legal analysis, and development of countermeasures.
