As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the chance to build relationships with leaders across the organization. You’ll take ownership of the process and your results, drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process more efficient whilst maintaining an outstanding candidate experience. As a Senior Recruiter, you will work across all Klaviyo go-to-market teams in the region.</p> <h2>How you'll make a difference:</h2> <ul> <li>Own Your Process: From sourcing passive candidates to closing offers, you will be responsible for providing all candidates with an exceptional experience and ensure Klaviyo is engaging with and hiring exceptional people who will help take Klaviyo to the next level!</li> <li>Improve Our Process: We’re not perfect, but we do like to recognize and work towards improving those imperfections. Our Sydney team began to take shape throughout 2022 and has now built out our go to market teams in sales, customer success, partnerships, marketing, recruiting and product support. As the team grows we will see a continued expansion of Klaviyo’s customer base and the building of a fantastic working culture in line with what we see elsewhere in Klaviyo but with its own local identity within our Sydney based team.
