What We're Looking For • 1+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative. • Strong writing skills with an interest in short-form, digital-first content. • A creative mindset paired with curiosity about data, testing, and what makes ads perform. • Interest in consumer psychology, social media, and performance marketing. • Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve. • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple projects. • A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback. Nice to Have • A portfolio or examples of creative work, copywriting, or content creation. • Familiarity with paid social platforms such as Meta or TikTok. • Exposure to creative testing, performance marketing, or digital advertising. • Experience using AI tools to support research, ideation, or writing.
