As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for creating great vendor experience, and driving initiatives with vendors shortening the lead time and ensuring vendors are delivering on time to keep our in stock high. You will report to the regional head of production and will work cross-functionally with our global-based sourcing team and logistics team. Responsibilities New Product Launches  <ul> <li>Speed is of the essence in both product launch (i.e. from NPC to Product Launch) and product scale-up (i.e. initial launch to 1st replenishment) </li> <li>After the “buy plan” decision is made, work with the manufacturing partner to ensure: ○ On time PO acceptance</li> <li>On-time Delivery of first PO ex-factory</li> <li>Readiness to produce 1st replenishment order</li> <li>Readiness of fabric and trims for future growth </li> </ul> Production  <ul> <li>Collaborate with Manufacturing Partners to deliver high-quality products (free from manufacturing defects) with reliable on-time delivery and executing the fast replenishment speeds </li> <li>Participate in WBR’s with all manufacturing partners to ensure consistent high performance in OTD and Ex-Factory performance </li> <li>Work closely with planning team and manufacturing partner to ensure readiness of fabrics, trims and capacity to execute production on-time </li> <li>Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure that production statuses in Vendor Portal are up-to-date </li> </ul> Fulfillment <ul> <li>For manufacturing partners that also fulfill customer orders directly, work closely with manufacturing partner and logistics
