<p> </p> <p><strong>Make a Lasting Impact as a Direct Support Provider (DSP) for People with Disabilities.</strong></p> <p><strong>Join the Maui Habilitation Team</strong></p> <p>$1,000 Sign-On Bonus Available<br><strong>Weekly pay starting at $20/hour</strong>, with opportunities to earn higher rates when supporting clients with more complex needs.</p> <p> </p> <p>BAYADA Habilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and individuals with caregiving experience, including those who have cared for a family member.</p> <p>In this meaningful role, you'll support individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live more independent and fulfilling lives.</p> <p><strong>Looking for afternoon work?</strong> With school back in session, we're seeking caregivers to support school-aged clients after their school day. Services take place in both home and community settings.</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Part-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.</p> <p><strong>Locations We’re Hiring:</strong> Kahului, Kihei, Makawao, Wailuku  and surrounding communities.</p> <p>This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people with disabilities achieve their goals, build independence, and engage in their communities.
