You work in close relation with our production team and other Quality functions to secure product conformity, safety and quality to the applied specifications and satisfaction of our customers.</div> <h2>The day-to-day</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Execution of in-process, sub-assembly, and final product acceptance inspections (when needed) to verify strict compliance against engineering drawings, technical specifications, workmanship quality, and applicable standards</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct comprehensive dimensional and documentation reviews when needed, verifying that all technical parameters, drawing criteria, and specifications are fully adhered to</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive and execute First Article Inspections (FAI) when required, alongside active support for production line readiness and Quality Gates to ensure defects are identified and resolved before final assembly</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li class="text-start "> <p>Identification and documentation of quality defects, including the initiation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), assignment of NCR owners, and the immediate execution of suspect material containment</p> </li> <li class="text-start "> <p>Active support for quality investigations, root-cause analyses, and special inspections to resolve technical non-conformances and prevent recurrence</p> </li> <li class="text-start "> <p>Verification of End-of-Line (EOL) quality and execution of Passport Signoffs, ensuring the complete and compliant generation and archival of all quality records</p> </li> <li class="text-start "> <p>Management and monitoring of tools and equipment calibration, ensuring ongoing measurement integrity, traceability, and inspection readiness in the operational area</p> </li> </ul> <h2 id="You’ll-do-great-if-you….3" data-renderer-start-pos="15247"><strong>You should apply if you</strong></h2> <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="f4576bb8c090" data-indent-level="1"> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="4572" data-local-id="845ac77a3ea8">Can show up with a professional education in electronics, mechanics or mechatronics with min. 5 years of quality assurance experience in electronics, machinery or plant engineering, automotive or aerospace</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="4781" data-local-id="f13d6a681da5">Demonstrate applied and proven experience on inspection methods (GVI / DVI) or via the use of test / measurement equipment, a good understanding of special processes is of advantage</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="4966" data-local-id="9c65cfc2dcbb">Have the capability to read, understand, and apply technical documents ( Engineering drawings / Inspection procedures / industry Norms ) and experience in maintaining IT Software applications like MS Office, QA SW if applicable.
