Your responsibilities will include working incidents and tasks assigned to the Infrastructure Applications team. This position is customer-facing and will require interaction with numerous users each day. Quick resolution of issues and customer satisfaction is the primary goal for you as a member of this team. Experience with PowerShell, Graph and automation processes is also highly valued. <br>In addition to the above, you will also need to contribute to the team outside of just daily ticket support.
