The consultant will provide ongoing functional expertise across FI/CO processes while also contributing to requirements, solution design, build, testing, and deployment for future program increments.</p> <p>This role serves as a functional SME partnering closely with business users, production operations, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery across the program lifecycle. Candidates must bring strong hands‑on SAP S/4HANA FI/CO experience, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and comfort working within a secure, mission‑critical environment.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the S/4HANA FI/CO functional SME supporting business users and operations in the classified environment</li> <li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, production support, and defect resolution</li> <li>Support requirements, solution design, build, testing, and release activities for future program increments</li> <li>Develop and deliver user guides, training materials, and end‑user support</li> <li>Plan and coordinate accounting‑related deployment and cutover activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO expertise</li> <li>Experience with SAP Controlling (Project Systems), Labor Costing and/or Material Costing, and Period‑end Accounting Close and FI‑GL/AP</li> <li>At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with SAP PMMO/GPD or FAR actual cost tracking</li> <li>Aerospace and Defense industry experience</li> <li>Experience supporting classified environments</li> <li>Experience supporting project‑based manufacturing or defense programs</li> <li>Experience supporting large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Eligibility requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Natural US-born Citizens only (no dual citizenship)</li> <li>Minimum of an active Secret Clearance</li> <li>You must live local to one of the following locations and be willing to work at the client site every week Monday-Friday or a modified schedule of Monday-Thursday:</li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>St. Louis, MO (preferred location)</li> <li>Philadelphia, PA</li> <li>Arlington, VA</li> <li>Huntington Beach, CA</li> </ul> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
