You’ll combine strong accounting judgment with a systems mindset to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and help our accounting processes scale.</p> <h2 class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer" data-section-id="11vcmyo" data-start="0" data-end="17">What You'll Do</h2> <ul data-start="19" data-end="1164"> <li data-section-id="2qmgkc" data-start="19" data-end="192">Independently own key areas of the month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, account analysis, and other complex accounting activities within your scope</li> <li data-section-id="1wvxxma" data-start="193" data-end="393">Support accounting across a multi-entity environment, including areas such as intercompany activity, consolidation, foreign currency, payroll and compensation accounting, and related reconciliations</li> <li data-section-id="q8sx4" data-start="394" data-end="533">Apply strong accounting judgment to investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain accurate and well-supported financial records</li> <li data-section-id="ikbjm7" data-start="534" data-end="667">Identify recurring manual work, control gaps, and inefficient accounting workflows, and support implementing practical improvements</li> <li data-section-id="t9n8xw" data-start="668" data-end="833">Use NetSuite/OneWorld functionality, automation, AI, and other tools to streamline accounting processes, improve data quality, and reduce unnecessary manual effort</li> <li data-section-id="9h4wky" data-start="834" data-end="1029">Partner with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to understand process needs, recommend improvements, and implement solutions that balance efficiency, accuracy, and appropriate controls</li> <li data-section-id="l8qkz2" data-start="1030" data-end="1164">Support audit readiness and documentation while helping ensure accounting processes remain scalable, repeatable, and well controlled</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1sbqzzk" data-start="1166" data-end="1227">To Be Set Up for Success in This Role, You'll Need to Have</h2> <ul data-start="1229" data-end="2103"> <li data-section-id="1p72fkx" data-start="1229" data-end="1374">5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with the ability to independently own substantive accounting processes and portions of the close</li> <li data-section-id="g2y31w" data-start="1375" data-end="1523">Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience applying accounting principles to increasingly complex transactions and operational accounting issues</li> <li data-section-id="726nfw" data-start="1524" data-end="1617">Hands-on experience working with NetSuite/OneWorld in a multi-entity accounting environment</li> <li data-section-id="1f0xujf" data-start="1618" data-end="1804">Experience identifying and implementing accounting process improvements, including examples where you have automated, redesigned, streamlined, or otherwise improved recurring workflows</li> <li data-section-id="wyw2oi" data-start="1805" data-end="1942">Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and drive them through resolution</li> <li data-section-id="5ccep8" data-start="1943" data-end="2059">Experience collaborating across teams and communicating accounting or process requirements clearly to stakeholders</li> <li data-section-id="1f6ag1s" data-start="2060" data-end="2103">A CPA or equivalent accounting credential</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1uc83hl" data-start="2105" data-end="2184">If Any of the Below Also Describe You, This Could Be an Exciting Opportunity</h2> <ul data-start="2186" data-end="2958"> <li data-section-id="sfo63i" data-start="2186" data-end="2299">You have experience in SaaS, software, technology, or another complex and rapidly evolving business environment</li> <li data-section-id="1mkbbuh" data-start="2300" data-end="2410">Your career includes experience in both public accounting and an in-house accounting or finance organization</li> <li data-section-id="18clr04" data-start="2411" data-end="2540">You’ve helped optimize financial close or reconciliation workflows using tools such as FloQast, BlackLine, or similar platforms</li> <li data-section-id="q2ij7q" data-start="2541" data-end="2696">You’ve used advanced Excel, reporting or data tools, workflow automation, no-code tools, SQL, AI, or similar technologies to improve accounting processes</li> <li data-section-id="asozyl" data-start="2697" data-end="2818">You have experience supporting ERP enhancements, implementations, integrations, or other accounting systems initiatives
