Technical tasks include but not limited to conceptual site layout, utility design; roadway design; site grading design; storm drain design; storm water management design; water and sanitary sewer main design; soil erosion and sedimentation control design; floodplain studies; permitting and entitlement support; and construction support. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Accountability and Duties </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Designs site plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. <strong> </strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepares conceptual grading analyses and site layout.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepares and computes, but not limited to due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer opinion of probable costs, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm water reports, earthwork analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assists in production of final construction drawings.<strong> </strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepares permit applications for applicable municipal agencies.<strong> </strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assists project managers as requested.<strong> </strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assists with client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects. <strong> </strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.<strong> </strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Attends client and public meetings- days or evenings.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Participates in business development efforts as requested.<strong> </strong></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Outstanding Interpersonal skills, ability to interact with a variety of people.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Adaptable and able to respond quickly and accurately under pressure. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must be fluent in the English language.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Available to work nights and weekends to complete projects as necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficient in MS office.
