The role establishes, manages, and grows a multifunctional department spanning service engineering, applications engineering, field quality engineering, and reliability engineering. The position owns fleet-level statistical reporting on product quality and reliability, directs technical investigations of field issues, and establishes the frameworks that connect field operations to product engineering, including fleet monitoring, escalation, operations and maintenance handoff, and service tooling.
