The Survey Team Leader will lead the technical and professional direction of a group of land surveyors and geospatial professionals in Massachusetts. The Land Surveying Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the planning, data collection, development, and delivery of quality land surveying products, managing and directing field and office survey staff, and supporting the professional growth of the survey team members. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
