ABOUT YOU S&B Services is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager who is passionate about the construction process to join our team in Dallas. Project Managers have complete responsibility for project performance, customer satisfaction, and managing a project from start to completion    A DAY IN THE LIFE <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from the earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Participate in the proposal meeting with clients to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, provide value engineering ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process for all trades and vendors</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify and investigate opportunities to procure material and/or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to project budget or schedule</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work/contracts, project schedule, and site logistics plan</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead preconstruction planning meetings with all designers, subcontractors and vendors aimed at solving potential constructability, sequencing, and/or manpower issues</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead weekly/bi-weekly OAC meetings on-site once construction begins to review progress and address challenges directly with client</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Track and manage project performance vs budget; prepare owner pay applications, cost status, and progress billing reports</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Local travel to project sites within the Dallas is required </li> </ul>   NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration  </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">3-10 years' of construction management or engineering design experience </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Previous experience leading municipality and utility projects is preferred</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project</li> </ul>   WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU We are pleased to provide our associates with a holistic compensation and benefits package which includes: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Traditional and Roth 401k</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">100% paid parental leave</li> </ul>    <div class="content-conclusion">MAKE YOUR MOVE We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned companies in America, celebrating over 30 years of experience as design-build experts.
