In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements that support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. We are particularly interested in attorneys with <strong>manufacturing industry and contract experience</strong>, as well as attorneys who can work in onsite or hybrid environments in major U.S. markets.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, supplier agreements, purchase agreements, amendments, and service agreements</li> <li>Advising business stakeholders on contract terms, risks, and practical solutions</li> <li>Supporting procurement, sales, operations, supply chain, and other internal teams with commercial contracting needs</li> <li>Managing contract workflows and helping improve contracting processes</li> <li>Partnering with internal legal teams and business stakeholders to support commercial priorities</li> <li>Coordinating with outside counsel as needed on complex contractual matters</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5–10 years of relevant legal experience</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts</li> <li>Comfortable managing a high volume of agreements and balancing legal risk with business needs</li> <li>In-house experience strongly preferred; Big Law or Am Law experience is a plus</li> <li>Manufacturing experience, including experience supporting suppliers, procurement, operations, or supply chain teams, is highly desirable</li> <li>Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar license</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, procurement, or operations-focused businesses</li> <li>Experience with vendor, supplier, purchasing, and
