We lead with compassion and clarity - helping patients feel confident in moments that matter, while giving providers and partners the trust and insight they need to deliver better outcomes.</p> <p>We’re looking for a Site Technology Implementation Specialist who wants their work to mean something - someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to what they do every day.</p> <hr> <h2>Why This Role Matters</h2> <p>This role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a <strong>patient‑first experience</strong> - whether that impact is directly with patients or behind the scenes supporting care delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>The Site Technology Implementation is responsible for executing the deployment, installation,</p> <p>and configuration of technology solutions across company sites, including new locations, relocations,</p> <p>expansions, and refresh initiatives. This role works under the direction of the Manager, Site Technology</p> <p>and Implementation and serves as the primary technical resource responsible for ensuring site</p> <p>technology is installed, tested, and operationally ready.</p> <p> </p> <p>This individual coordinates closely with infrastructure teams, vendors, facilities, and local site leadership</p> <p>to ensure all technology components are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with company</p> <p>standards. The role requires a combination of strong technical skills, field coordination, and disciplined</p> <p>execution.</p> <p> </p> <hr> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <p>Experience with site technology implementations in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated</p> <p>environments.</p> <p>Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, A+, or equivalent preferred.</p> <p>Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM, or similar</p> <p>deployment/management platforms.</p> <p>Familiarity with low-voltage systems, security systems, or building technology</p> <p>integrations.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p>Site Deployment and Execution</p> <p>Execute technology deployments for new site openings, relocations, and upgrades, following</p> <p>established implementation plans and standards.</p> <p>Install, configure, and validate site technologies including:</p> <p>Network equipment (switches, firewalls, wireless access points)</p> <p>Workstations, laptops, and mobile devices</p> <p>Printers and multi-function devices</p> <p>Telephony and conferencing systems</p> <p>Peripheral equipment and end-user setup</p> <p> Coordinate onsite activities such as hardware staging, shipping, receiving, and installation.</p> <p> Perform site readiness checks to confirm infrastructure, connectivity, and equipment</p> <p>availability.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Technical Coordination</strong></p> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite technology implementation activities.</p> <p> Coordinate with network, infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure proper</p> <p>deployment sequencing and configuration.</p> <p> Work with carriers and vendors for circuit turn-ups, installations, and troubleshooting.</p> <p> Support structured cabling coordination and validate installations meet standards and</p> <p>specifications.</p> <p>Assist with cutover activities and ensure a smooth transition to operational support.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Testing and Readiness Validation</strong></p> <p> Conduct pre-go-live validation, including:</p> <p> Network connectivity and performance</p> <p> Device functionality and configuration</p> <p> User workstation readiness</p> <p>Telephony and communication systems testing</p> <p>Identify and resolve issues prior to site go-live, escalating as needed.</p> <p> Doc
