It makes a difference!</span></p> <p><strong>About The Role </strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="116" data-local-id="48ee27cb4951">BEES is building a new global product catalog and rolling out Catalog Admin, the platform that enables scalable catalog management across sellers.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="264" data-local-id="d5a713efe934">This role will own catalog taxonomy and the commercial operation of Catalog Admin, connecting Commercial, Product, Engineering, Data Personalization/Algorithm, and external partner teams.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="264" data-local-id="d5a713efe934"> </p> <h3 id="What-you-will-do" data-local-id="0f5f4d6f47f8" data-renderer-start-pos="964">What you will do</h3> <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="0afe72e8d1bc" data-indent-level="1"> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="984" data-local-id="1cfae002074e">Define and maintain global taxonomy, content, and quality standards.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1056" data-local-id="f514756502f4">Ensure catalog information is consistent, searchable, commercially effective, and ready to scale.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1157" data-local-id="075aac26b563">Translate commercial and operational needs into clear requirements and priorities for Product, Tech, Data Personalization, and Algorithm teams.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1304" data-local-id="09cfc0fd0587">Review and decide on the requested changes to our global catalog for creation, edit or removal.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1404" data-local-id="e291e7c3f4e6">Validate algorith with models outputs, and provide feedback to the owner Personalization team to enhance the outcomes.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1526" data-local-id="8a7f386931f1">Lead governance for roadmap, risks, dependencies, decisions, escalations, and stakeholder communication.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1634" data-local-id="f37ba4cb16da">Coordinate data cleanup, migration support, training, launch readiness, and post-launch improvements across sellers.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1754" data-local-id="883d9f114550">Identify opportunities to use AI for content updates, description generation, image enrichment, taxonomy standardization, and quality checks.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1899" data-local-id="17f14d6ca3e1">Monitor adoption, quality, operational, and commercial KPIs; lead corrective actions when needed.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2000" data-local-id="374d0fcd6896">Create playbooks, decision logs, and clear ways of working in Confluence and Jira.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2086" data-local-id="fd88f82f7080">Perform hands-on catalog-maintenance activities when necessary to protect quality or unblock sellers.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="264" data-local-id="d5a713efe934"> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2399" data-local-id="3d20d62b0ad2"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Must have</strong></p> <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="ccd2cb43d164" data-indent-level="1"> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2412" data-local-id="be88607629b2">Strong project or program-management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2506" data-local-id="384f75a74751">Ability to connect workstreams, remove blockers, manage ambiguity, and drive delivery.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2596" data-local-id="369ac2577df7">Experience translating business needs into structured requirements for Product, Tech, and Data teams.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2701" data-local-id="d00704d13fd0">Strong stakeholder management and clear communication across functions, cultures, and time zones.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2802" data-local-id="f05158d5b4f5">Advanced English and Portuguese, written and spoken.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2858" data-local-id="74412a99020f">Familiarity with AI and generative-AI tools, with sound judgment in applying them to operational challenges.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2970" data-local-id="4b2380867bd4">Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and data interpretation.</p> <
