Cohere is deeply committed to creating a supportive and growth-oriented environment that works for everyone.</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas—from framing problems through polished delivery and iteration</li> <li>Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that communicate ideas and validate solutions</li> <li>Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data teams, and operations throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration</li> <li>Design intuitive, accessible, and visually polished experiences for complex enterprise healthcare workflows</li> <li>Contribute to our design system by using shared components, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and helping maintain consistency across products</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, accessible, and implemented with high quality</li> <li>Participate in design critiques, giving and receiving thoughtful feedback that elevates the work across the team</li> <li>Use AI tools to accelerate design research, generate concepts, connect Figma designs with front-end implementation where appropriate, and rapidly prototype ideas</li> <li>Continuously explore emerging AI capabilities and modern design workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and team velocity</li> </ul> <p><strong>ISMS roles and responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good knowledge of Information practices.</li> <li>Assist the manager in all the information security activities implementation and maintenance process.</li> <li>Ensuring the team and imparted with Competence related to Information security</li> <li>Responsible for implementation of security policies and procedures and report any issues to the Information Security Manager.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Opportunity Overview</strong></li> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in software product design with ownership of end-to-end product experiences</li> <li>Experience designing enterprise digital products (healthcare, fintech, analytics, or similarly complex domains is a plus)</li> <li>Strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture skills</li> <li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional agile teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Research, QA)</li> <li>Experience contributing to or working within an established design system</li> <li>Familiarity with frontend technologies (Material Design, React, HTML/CSS, Design Tokens) to collaborate effectively with engineers</li> <li>Demonstrated fluency with AI-powered design and development tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, or similar) to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and implementation</li> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or equivalent experience</li> <li>A portfolio demonstrating strong problem framing, user-centered design process, visual craft, interaction design, and measurable product impact</li> <li>Clear, concise English communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to designers, engineers, and senior stakeholders (our team is located in the U.S. and Hyderabad)</li> <li>Strong conceptual thinking that balances user needs, product strategy, business goals, engineering constraints, and long-term scalability</li> </ul> <li><strong>Nice-to-haves</strong></li> <ul> <li>Experience designing for healthcare</li> <li>Experience contributing to the evolution of a design syste</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Ability to commute/relocate:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Interview Process:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Connect with Talent
