Engineers speak up, surface risks early and own corrective actions when systems need attention.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1;" data-start="1819" data-end="1841"> </p> <p style="line-height: 1;" data-start="1819" data-end="1841"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1843" data-end="2553"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, with proven ability to scope and deliver technical infrastructure work.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1843" data-end="2553"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience operating on-premises or private-cloud environments, with strong ownership of end-user availability.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1843" data-end="2553"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong Linux system administration and scripting skills, including Bash and Python.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1843" data-end="2553"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience deploying services with Infrastructure-as-Code, using tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible or Packer.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1843" data-end="2553"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Practical understanding of cloud foundations, including virtualisation, virtual networks, block storage, monitoring and observability.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1843" data-end="2553"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience using Git, CI or testing pipelines and container tools, with clear communication when supporting users.</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1;" data-start="2555" data-end="2803"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">While we have outlined a set of requirements, we value transferable skills and diverse experiences.
