You build it, you run it.</li> <li><strong>Create and maintain</strong> REST APIs (Java/Spring), customer-facing dashboards (React), and the cloud infrastructure (AWS) that powers the Numbers platform and number porting.</li> <li><strong>Integrate with third parties </strong>that support our porting processes</li> <li><strong>Help build our porting agent</strong>, which helps customers submit port requests and diagnose issues if they come up.</li> <li><strong>Lead solutions from start to finish</strong>, collaborating across teams to iteratively ship value aligned to customer and business needs.</li> <li><strong>Identify and solve scaling problems</strong> through both application development and infrastructure optimization, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.</li> <li><strong>Mentor junior and mid-level developers</strong> through productive code reviews, thoughtful design discussions, and by modeling the engineering standards you want to see on the team.</li> <li><strong>Partner with product owners and stakeholders</strong> to translate requirements into well-designed, maintainable solutions — contributing to feature sizing and technical roadmap discussions.</li> <li><strong>Use AI as a core engineering tool</strong> — not occasionally, but daily.
