The role establishes the global MSAT strategy and provides technical leadership from late-stage development and technology transfer through commercial manufacturing and lifecycle management. The <strong>Head of Global Manufacturing Science & Technology</strong> ensures that manufacturing processes are scientifically understood, technically capable, operationally robust, scalable, and continuously improved to support reliable supply, product quality, patient needs, and business growth.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As the enterprise technical authority for manufacturing processes, the <strong>Head of Global Manufacturing Science & Technology</strong> drives process robustness, technology transfer, process validation, continued process verification, technical investigations, manufacturing optimization, and advanced manufacturing capabilities across the global network.
