The role establishes and executes the global strategy for demand and supply planning, strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, inventory, logistics, distribution, and supply chain resilience.  The<strong> Head of Global Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing</strong> ensures the organization has the capacity, materials, suppliers, and logistics capabilities required to support reliable supply, business growth, product launches, and long-term competitiveness.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The role is the senior executive owner of the company's external supply ecosystem, including strategic suppliers, critical raw materials, components, consumables, logistics providers, and other third-party services.
