You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This is a <strong>Weekend RN </strong>position - visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions. <strong>Medicare Certified</strong> <strong>Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required</strong>. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office's entire coverage area.
