In this role, you will support both the studio and retail environments, ensuring that every interaction reflects the ALO standard for service, cleanliness, and brand integrity.  RESPONSIBILITIES Guest Experience  <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">Be a welcoming presence for every guest, creating meaningful connections in the studio and in the retail space. </li> <li class="li3">Respond to inquiries in person or by phone regarding classes, schedules, studio policies, and retail offerings. </li> <li class="li3">Accurately manage client registrations, check-ins, and payments. </li> <li class="li3">Communicate guest needs and feedback to Studio Manager promptly. </li> <li class="li2">Uphold company standards and approach all situations with respect, empathy, and professionalism. </li> </ul> Studio Maintenance  <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">Maintain organization, cleanliness, and visual standards in studio and associated areas. </li> <li class="li3">Setup and reset studio spaces for classes including regular cleaning duties. </li> <li class="li2">Clean and organize mats, props, and supplies as needed. </li> </ul> Building Community  <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">Support sales of memberships, class packages, and retail products. </li> <li class="li3">Educate guests about ALO classes, workshops, and community offerings. </li> <li class="li3">Support the retail space as needed during class times and slower studio moments. </li> <li class="li2">Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations across studio and retail spaces. </li> </ul> QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills. </li> <li>Strong customer service or retail experience (wellness/fitness a plus) </li> <li>High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a pristine, brand-aligned environment. </li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. </li> <li>MindBody experience preferred. </li> <li>Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles </li> <li>Ability to stand and move for an entire shift </li> <li>Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds </li> <li>Ability to perform cleaning and restocking duties </li> <li>Seniority Level: Entry level </li> </ul>   JUST SOME OF THE PERKS  <ul> <li>Generous employee discount for Bella+Canvas, ALO, and free membership to ALO Wellness Club, with access to hundreds of streaming fitness and yoga classes with top instructors</li> <li>Competitive medical, dental and vision plan options, and enhanced additional benefits such as free virtual access to mental health providers and new parent support for employees and dependents (Full-Time Employees)</li> <li>401K with company matching (Full-Time Employees)</li> <li>Monthly Store Incentives</li> <li>Clothing Allowance</li> <li>Free yoga classes at any of our Sanctuaries</li> </ul>   Studio & Community Associate Scheduling & Availability</span
