This is an independent delivery role: you'll manage your own workload across multiple workstreams, translating business requirements into clear, actionable outputs and keeping pace with a demanding project schedule.</p> <p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap">You'll collaborate closely with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders across the business — bridging finance knowledge and analytical rigour to support decisions at every stage of the programme lifecycle.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you will be doing:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Partner with the PMO and business units to conduct gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes, producing process maps and identifying change management needs</li> <li>Facilitate project workshops, ensuring clear outcomes and agreed next steps</li> <li>Contribute to and maintain the change and communication plan documentation throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Provide data migration support to the technical lead, ensuring accuracy and completeness</li> <li>Support business readiness activities in preparation for go-live, including cutover planning and hypercare delivery</li> <li>Lead the development of training materials and e-learning content for end users</li> <li>Create Global Process Design Documents and associated Risks and Controls Matrices</li> <li>Produce ad-hoc reports, meeting packs, and presentation decks for the Management Team as required</li> <li>Identify and implement project improvements as opportunities arise</li> <li>Build effective working relationships across the Programme Team and with stakeholders at all levels</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you need to be great in this role:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Solid experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of contributing to ERP transformation programmes</li> <li>Hands-on NetSuite experience — this is essential</li> <li>Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles, with the ability to identify and apply best practice</li> <li>Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and process improvement work</li> <li>Familiarity with a range of business analysis methodologies and techniques</li> <li>Confident facilitator, able to lead workshops and manage stakeholder engagement at all levels</li> <li>Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word</li> <li>Experience producing process maps, data analysis outputs, and project documentation to a high standard</li> <li>Proficiency with Gen AI tools — such as AI-assisted document drafting, data summarisation, or presentation tools — to improve output quality and efficiency</li> <li>Experience building personal workflows that increase speed and accuracy of delivery</li> <li>Agentic approach to problem-solving: able to break down complex, multi-step challenges and identify a clear path forward</li> <li>Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgement before use</li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Req ID: </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">18714</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-CK1 #Midsenior #LI-Onsite </span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">Our values shape everything we do:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contras
