Applying PMI-aligned portfolio and program management practices, this person defines portfolio components, establishes prioritization criteria, allocates resources, manages interdependencies and risk, and reports portfolio value to executive stakeholders.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The role blends rigorous delivery oversight with a forward-looking, growth-oriented posture demonstrating portfolio thinking and the adaptability to shift between tactical coordination and strategic alignment.
