You will take responsibility for the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences involving the construction of permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p> <p>This role spans technical production, creative development, budgeting, process management, and leadership, and requires strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance speed and quality.</p> <p>You will serve as the main production point of contact across a wide portfolio of projects, coordinating technical teams, business leaders, our partners and external vendors, while leading processes that guarantee exceptional experiences for our audiences.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Project Management</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Oversee all phases of production—from initial concept development through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.</li> <li>Interpret creative briefs, site layouts, and project requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with company goals.</li> <li>Validate site logistics and operational needs through planning sessions, venue scouting, and site visits.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-department collaboration across creative, operations, technical, and vendor teams.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Process & Documentation</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain comprehensive production documentation, timelines, and handover materials.</li> <li>Develop and track schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.</li> <li>Support consistent communication flow and version control for all project documentation.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Budgeting & Financial Management</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Build, manage, and reconcile production budgets from feasibility through final delivery.</li> <li>Track project spending and identify opportunities for optimization or cost savings.</li> <li>Oversee contracts, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and invoice processing.</li> <li>Assist with closing out event P&Ls and financial reporting.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Leadership & Communication</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Lead team and client meetings, capturing action items and ensuring accountability.</li> <li>Present confidently to senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.</li> <li>Translate complex production challenges into practical, solution-oriented recommendations.</li> <li>Support and mentor production coordinators or junior staff as needed.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Soft Skills</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate adaptability, composure, and creative problem-solving under pressure.</li> <li>Promote teamwork, collaboration, and positive communication across departments.</li> <li>Take ownership of large, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through delivery.</li> <li>Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and clients through professionalism and reliability.</li> </ul> <p><span st
