Supporting more than 14 platforms, PSA is responsible for system stability, technology adoption, integration architecture, and platform governance across the recruiting landscape. The team works closely with Recruiting, People Operations, Corporate IT, and global technology partners to improve scalability, operational excellence, and business value. As this ecosystem continues to expand, People Systems Administration(PSA) is investing in dedicated leadership for architecture, integration governance, and data strategy. This is not a traditional system administration role. As a Principal-level individual contributor, you will influence technology decisions, define scalable standards, and shape the future direction of Coupang's recruiting and associated HR technology landscape.
