You’ll deliver evidence-based treatment for Stimulant Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder via telehealth. We don’t prescribe controlled substances, and medication decisions are made at the provider's discretion. You must hold an active, unrestricted license in the state you're applying for</span>.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Conduct telehealth evaluations after members complete biopsychosocial intakes.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Monitor progress through monthly appointments.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Prescribe medications as needed and answer member questions.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Complete notes in our EHR (Healthie) and follow our clinical protocols.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Work with a supportive team and attend occasional meetings (scheduled in advance).</span></p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Requirements:</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Full-practice, licensed PMHNP (Medicaid enrollment is a plus).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in addiction treatment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Must have experience prescribing Suboxone and an active DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) registration.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure (cost covered by Affect).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Empathy for members facing personal and emotional challenges.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Comfort with technology, including EHRs and mobile apps.</span></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Additional Information:</strong></h2> <p><br><span style="font-size: 14pt;">You’ll need a private, quiet home office with reliable internet for HIPAA-compliant conversations.
