<h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Team</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The School Counselor supports overall student success by partnering with staff members and families to inform student specific academic programming, create and maintain graduation and career plans, and provide proactive and preventative services. <em>Please note – while this is an online school position and all instruction occurs virtually, travel and face to face attendance will be required several times per year to support in person state testing and student events.</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></h2> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Valid Missouri School Counselor license </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree plus one (1) year previous experience in counseling and/or advisement OR equivalent combination of education and experience </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience with the ASCA model </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;
