<p><strong>Purpose of position </strong></p> <p>Responsible for SLA delivery, the strategic and commercial growth of a client portfolio consisting mainly of Premium SLA clients whilst leading and developing a team of AMs. <br>Operating in a fast-paced environment, the role combines hands-on client ownership of major brands with people leadership, ensuring both client outcomes and team capability are advanced in parallel.</p> <p><strong>Key Tasks</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the strategic direction and day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of top-tier client accounts, with a focus on GP growth.</li> <li>Develop and execute program strategies that drive client growth, retention, and performance.</li> <li>Lead affiliate recruitment, performance monitoring, and optimisation activities across managed accounts.</li> <li>Act as the escalation point for complex client issues, providing sound judgement and recommended solutions.</li> <li>Maintain clear, proactive communication with all internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, including onboarding, regular feedback, performance reviews, and ongoing support.</li> <li>Allocate client portfolios across the team, taking into account each team member's qualifications and experience</li> <li>Supervise team-managed client campaigns and monitor delivery against agreed KPIs and quality standards.</li> <li>Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture aligned with company values.</li> <li>Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, and share insight across the team and wider business.</li> <li>Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.</li> <li>Contribute to </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Expertise </strong></p> <ul> <li>Ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience affiliate marketing experience, data analysis capabilities.</li> <li>Proven experience in account management within affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a comparable client-facing environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience a portfolio of client accounts through a team, ensuring delivery against SLA's</li> <li>Prior people management experience is a plus, including coaching, performance management, and team development.</li> <li>Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate client objectives into actionable strategy.</li> <li> Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Confident handling
