Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. </div> <div> </div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div> </div> </div></div><p><strong>You Are: SAP ABAP Developer - SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll</strong></p> <p><strong>The Work:</strong></p> <p>Responsible for leading complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for SAP ABAP development efforts supporting Payroll.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Designing, developing, and enhancing custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW objects) to support SAP Payroll processes</li> <li>Translating business area customer requirements into detailed technical and enterprise application design specifications</li> <li>Interacting with SAP HCM/Payroll Functional Consultants and client team members to analyze alternatives and provide technical recommendations</li> <li>Preparing programming specifications, technical design documents, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations</li> <li>Debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting custom ABAP code and standard SAP payroll objects</li> <li>Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning</li> <li>Managing a team, including mentoring and training junior developers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on <strong>SAP ABAP development</strong> experience (required core skillset)</li> <li>Strong ABAP proficiency, including OOP ABAP, BAPIs/RFCs, IDocs, user exits/enhancement framework, Smart Forms/SAPscript, and custom report/interface development</li> <li>Experience developing and supporting custom objects within an SAP Payroll landscape</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of hands-on experience developing SAP Payroll Control Center solutions</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP Payroll/ECP technical architecture and payroll data</li> <li>Experience developing payroll validations, exception checks, and PCC-related technical components</li> <li>ABAP development skills, particularly within an SAP HCM/Payroll environment</li> <li>Ability to interpret payroll functional specifications and translate them into technical solutions</li> <li>Experience troubleshooting PCC and payroll-related technical issues</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points If:</strong></p> <ul> <li>SAP HCM Payroll functional background (schemas, PCRs, payroll driver customization)</li> <li>SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be eligible to obtain a government clearance</li> <li>US citizenship required (no dual citizenship)</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(236, 240, 241);"><span lang="EN-US"><strong>#LI-Platforms</strong></span> </span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
