This individual will serve a key function in providing<strong> </strong>level-one technical support in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other engineering technologies.<strong> </strong>In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with top industry leadership in a continuous learning environment.</span></p> <h2>Job Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="auto">Provide frontline, first-level technical support for AutoCAD, Civil 3D,and related engineering technologies, with a focus on customer service and responsiveness. Must be readily available by phone, messaging service, and email to answer technical software questions, troubleshoot software issues, and guide end-users to practical solutions to maintain workflow efficiency. Must be familiar with civil engineering concepts, tasks, and workflows;</span></span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-contrast="auto"> Assist in the development and maintenance of the training materials, including presentations and e-learning content;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="auto"> Work closely with the Design Technology professionals to guide others and promote the use of various engineering technologies Firm-wide;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="auto"> Document the answers to common technical support questions and solutions to recurring issues. Update and maintain the contents of the CAD Helpdesk Wiki and other online resources to ensure that information is accurate and easily accessible;</span></span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="auto"> Remain current with technological advances in the industry and be able to identify technologies that may be of interest to the Firm;</span></span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span data-contrast="auto">Identify interesting projects, perform the necessary research, and present results or findings to other members of the Design Technologies team; and</span></span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-contrast="auto">Perform other duties as requested. </span></li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Associate degree in Computer Aided Drafting, Engineering Technology or similar;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">3+ years of related experience;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Expert in AutoCAD drafting and drawing production;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software issues;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12p
