In this role, you will have the opportunity to further develop both project management and staff management skills, interact with clients, and work on exciting small and large-scale projects.</span></p> <h2>Job Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage environmental investigation and remediation projects;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform complex analyses for specific portions of broader engineering and environmental projects;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Supervise field activities and ensure correct interpretations of findings;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage and deliver on multiple projects and tasks within specific budgets, schedules, and deadlines;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Effectively organize, write and edit draft proposals, reports and other documents;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Participate in the identification and pursuit of new clients, develop additional work within an existing projects and attend business development meetings with new and existing clients;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide direct oversight and management of junior staff for specific project assignments. Coach, train, and motivate staff assigned to Environmental projects. Participate in interviewing and hiring staff;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate other work groups across office locations and disciplines on an as-needed basis;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Interface effectively and professionally with clients, contractors, subcontractors, staff, project personnel, supervisors, and others; and</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform other duties as requested.</span></li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or Environmental Engineering; (Master’s degree a plus);</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">LEED AP or PE certification;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">6+ years of related work experience;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficient in environmental due diligence;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of quantitative/technical analyses and related software. Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and technical analyses;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Hazwoper training, maintenance of annual physical and respirator fit test, and annual 8-hr. Hazwoper re-certification;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to multi-task effectively, manage multiple projects and clients, develop and manage project budgets, and effectively manage and coach staff<span style="font-size: 12pt;">;</span></li> <li style="font-size
