This field-based role is ideal for a tenacious, relationship-driven sales professional who understands how to build trust, identify opportunities, and guide the full home health sales process from initial connection through referral growth.</p> <p>You will represent BAYADA in a competitive market while helping hospitals, providers, community partners, clients, and families connect with high-quality care at home. Your work will directly support BAYADA’s mission of helping people live safely and comfortably in their own homes.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and grow referral relationships throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson.</li> <li>Build strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, payors, community organizations, and other healthcare professionals.</li> <li>Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to strengthen BAYADA’s presence in the market.</li> <li>Manage the full home health sales process, including prospecting, relationship development, presentations, follow-up, and closing.</li> <li>Proactively ask for the business and convert opportunities into sustainable referral partnerships.</li> <li>Monitor market activity, competitor trends, referral opportunities, and customer needs.</li> <li>Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure a smooth experience for clients, referral partners, and families.</li> <li>Maintain accurate activity, opportunity, and relationship-management records.</li> <li>Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fluid environment while consistently meeting performance expectations.</li> <li>Participate in morning team stand-ups via Zoom and attend the office approximately one day each week.</li> <li>Travel daily throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson to meet with referral partners and community contacts.</li> <li>Attend occasional evening or weekend events and meetings as business needs require.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative, healthcare, or relationship-based sales environment.</li> <li>A track record of establishing and growing professional relationships in a competitive market.</li> <li>The confidence to ask for the sale and the tenacity to follow opportunities through to completion.</li> <li>Strong organization, communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.</li> <li>The ability to work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with a broader leadership and care team.</li> <li>Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.</li> <li>A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel daily throughout the assigned market.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in home health, hospice, senior care, healthcare services, or a related field.</li> <li>Familiarity with healthcare referral networks and the home health sales process.</li> <li>Additional applicable sales experience may be considered in place of direct home health experience.</li> </ul> <p>No specific degree or professional licensure is required for this role.</p> <p><strong>Compensation and benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Base salary: up to <strong>$80,000</strong>, plus incentive and bonus opportunities aligned with the Marketing Manager role.</li> <li>BAYADA benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; retirement savings opportunities; employee assistance resources; and additional programs designed to support your health and well-being.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work model and schedule</strong></p> <p>This is a field-based position covering the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson.
