In this role, you will lead the visual design of high-impact creative projects, ranging from marketing campaigns and events to executive communications and brand system development. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling, and visually engaging creative work that supports strategic business goals. Crucially, this position requires a strong duality of skills: handling day-to-day general design responsibilities while bringing work to life through animation.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Your Opportunity:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Lead the end-to-end design process for key creative initiatives.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Communications to deliver visually compelling and strategically aligned solutions.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Create a diverse range of design outputs, including static and digital ads, event branding, presentation design, motion graphics, and infographics.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Contribute to the development, documentation, and evolution of the brand system, including guidelines and templates.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers to help maintain a high standard of craft and creative quality.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Present creative work to stakeholders, clearly articulate design rationale, and advocate for design best practices.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">You will be a critical hire on a small, three-person team responsible for all design and communications coming out of Tenable.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>What You'll Need:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">8+ years of professional design experience.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Expertise in design tools such as Figma and the full Adobe Creative Suite.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with tools that are used for animation.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>To be considered for this role</strong>, you must have the ability to commute to our Columbia, MD or Boston, MA office  three days a week.
