In Indonesia, Winrock possesses a long work history with prior programming in human rights, agricultural development, child labor and domestic violence prevention, climate mitigation and adaptation, and clean energy.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">POSITION SUMMARY</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Winrock International is seeking a full-time Grants and Procurement Specialist for a 4.5-year, U.S. Department of Labor-funded project to promote fair and reliable critical mineral supply chains in Indonesia free of child labor and forced labor. The project will focus on 1) improved regulatory frameworks and their enforcement; 2) capacity building for monitoring, identification, enforcement, and remediation; and 3) research to understand the drivers, risk factors, and actors affected by forced labor in critical minerals in Indonesia.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Grants and Procurement Specialist will administer the project’s grants and procurement functions, supporting competitive solicitations, subaward and contract documentation, partner compliance, and procurement actions.
