The Seasonal Recruiter will lead seasonal recruitment efforts for various NFL offices. In this role, you will be a talent advisor and build strong relationships with the senior management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role with senior management, hiring managers, compensation, finance, and HR Business Partners in driving hiring and employee retention efficiencies that support the NFL's vision, mission, and values.  Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Manage 40 to 50+ open seasonal requisitions at once across multiple departments and locations during peak hiring periods </li> <li>Execute full-cycle, high volume recruitment including screening, interviewing, and extending offers </li> <li>Support Early Career recruitment efforts during non-peak seasonal hiring times </li> <li>Build strong working relationships with HR and hiring managers to understand business needs, seasonal headcount planning, and job requirements </li> <li>Identify, and recruit candidates for a wide range of temporary roles across media, production, and game operations </li> <li>Maintain accurate and organized data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) for all candidates and requisitions </li> <li>Create and deliver regular search status updates to hiring managers and partners </li> <li>Ensure equitable hiring processes in line with NFL standards and policies </li> <li>Build and maintain talent pipelines to support recurring seasonal staffing needs </li> <li>Represent the NFL at in person or virtual hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting programs as needed </li> <li>Manage offer processes including recommendations, drafting and extending offers, and negotiations as permitted </li> <li>Ensure onboarding requirements are completed, including background checks, offer letters, new hire paperwork, and start date coordination </li> <li>Partner with HR teams to support smooth onboarding experiences </li> <li>Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, and all applicable federal and state employment laws </li> </ul> Required Qualifications  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of high‑volume recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage 40 to 50+ high‑volume requisitions simultaneously </li> <li>Experience working with various recruitment platforms including, but not limited to Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and HireVue. </li> <li>Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment law as well as corporate recruitment processes </li> <li>Superior candidate management experience </li> <li>Excellent project management skills  </li> </ul> Other Key Attributes / Characteristics  <ul> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment </li> <li>Experience supporting large‑<span data-contrast="auto"&
