You will work alongside a talented team of analysts, bringing your threat intelligence expertise to bear on real-world adversary activity every day.</p> <h3><strong>Who You'll Work With:</strong></h3> <p>As a Threat Intelligence Response Analyst, you will be joining a fast-paced, high-growth team delivering innovative security solutions that protect our clients. You will be part of the global Managed Services team with a rapidly growing client portfolio, ensuring our users get the most value out of our services. </p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h3> <p>As a Threat Intelligence Response Analyst, you will: </p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for triaging alerts for a portfolio of cross-industry corporate, commercial, and enterprise clients </li> <li>Support customer engagements by providing insight into the threats observed by your customers, enabling customers to take action to mitigate cyber threats </li> <li>Work closely with Services and Product teams to ensure the success of the Recorded Future offering within customer environments</li> <li>Handle incoming ad-hoc research and investigation requests from Managed Services customers </li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A self-starter mindset. You’ll be comfortable working independently while remaining a collaborative and reliable team member</li> <li>Practical experience in threat intelligence, incident response, or security monitoring</li> <li>A solid understanding of open source intelligence techniques and their application to phishing, credential harvesting, domain monitoring, dark web monitoring, and threat actor profiling</li> <li>Working knowledge of security and network fundamentals — DNS, HTTP, email infrastructure, web hosting, and malware delivery mechanisms</li> <li>Ability to identify, analyse, and communicate actionable intelligence to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience handling customer-facing interactions</li> <li>CompTIA Security+ certification completed or actively in progress (preferred)</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Notion, and Zendesk is a plus</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Working Hours:</strong></h3> <p>This role covers a shift-based schedule to support global client coverage.
