Operating alongside our Controller (who leads accounting close, statutory compliance, tax, and ERP administration), you will own our forward-looking financial strategy. You will lead our corporate modelling, deploy AI and modern automation workflows across Finance and RevOps, execute on M&A and capital markets transactions, and use generative AI or AI applications to build out high-performance analytics frameworks as the company scales.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES):</strong><br><br>1.<span style="text-decoration: underline;"> Hands-On Strategic FP&A & Corporate Modeling</span><br>• Corporate Financial Architecture: Build and maintain our dynamic 3-statement models, weekly/monthly/quarterly operating plans, revenue forecasting, multi-year operating forecasts, and scenario analyses from the ground up without relying on junior analysts.<br>• Executive & Board Presentation: Spearhead the quantitative financial narrative, analysis, and materials for Board of Directors meetings, executive quarterly reviews, and investor reporting.<br>• Corporate Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process by working with the executive team to develop an annual plan with near real-time reporting on plan progress.<br>• Future Team Foundation: Establish rigorous modeling standards and analytical infrastructure today, with the mandate to hire, mentor, and build out an FP&A and FinOps team over the next 1–2 years.</p> <p>2. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Financial Engineering & AI Workflow Automation</span><br>• AI Agent & Workflow Deployment: Identify manual bottlenecks across billing, contract parsing, data extraction, and commercial operations; build and deploy LLM workflows, custom prompts, and automated scripts.<br>• Data Pipeline & Systems Integration: Architect and optimize data flows connecting CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), CPQ, Billing, and ERP systems to automate revenue operations and eliminate reconciliation friction.<br>• Modern Automation Tooling: Use tools like Python, SQL, Zapier/Make, and API integrations to establish self-sustaining, real-time reporting layers.<br>• AI Analytics & Insights: Leverage AI to drive deeper analysis and insights throughout the organization (i.e. QBR’s, MMR’s, BvA’s)</p> <p>3. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">RevOps & Commercial Structuring</span><br>• GTM Engine Analytics: Partner with RevOps to track and analyze sales capacity, pipeline velocity, CAC/LTV dynamics, and retention cohorts.<br>• Deal Structuring & Deal Desk: Serve as the primary strategic finance partner to Sales and RevOps on deal structuring, pricing models, margin analysis, discounting schedules, and commercial contract terms.</p> <p>4. <strong>M&A / Capital Markets Execution & Compensation Modelling</strong><br>• Transaction & Valuation Execution: Own the operational execution for M&A / capital market transactions, including due diligence financial modelling, virtual data room (VDR) setup, and cap table administration<br>• Compensation Architecture: Model and maintain corporate compensation bands, incentive structures, and equity option pool dilution economics.</p> <p><strong><br>WHO YOU ARE (QUALIFICATIONS):</strong></p> <p>- 7–10+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, BizOps, or Investment Banking / Management Consulting followed by high-growth B2B SaaS operational experience. Strong business acumen with a high intellectual curiosity.<br>- <strong>FP&A Mastery:</strong> Spreadsheet wizard with demonstrated mastery of complex revenue modelling, 3-statement modelling, operational modelling, SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC payback), and executive-level financial storytelling.<br><strong>- Engineering & AI Mindset:</strong> Practical experience architecting the finance tech stack and working with data, deploying AI/LLM tools, automation platforms (Python, SQL, Zapier/Make), and SaaS toolcha
