In a landscape crowded with contradictory advice, isolating apps, and one-size-fits-all solutions, Weight Watchers offers a proven path forward that is rooted in research, grounded in empathy and designed to help every member feel better in their body and live a longer, healthier life.</p></div><h4>What You’ll Do</h4> <p>As an Engineer on the Clinic Platform team, you’ll build and scale the systems that power our clinician and patient experiences end-to-end.</p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and own <strong>fullstack features</strong> across web and backend systems supporting telehealth workflows (intake, eligibility, prescribing, care plans, follow-ups)</li> <li>Partner closely with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive, compliant, and high - quality user experiences</li> <li>Build <strong>scalable backend services and APIs</strong> that integrate with EHRs, pharmacies, labs, and third - party partners</li> <li>Develop <strong>modern frontend applications</strong> (React - based) that power internal clinician tools and member - facing experiences</li> <li>Ensure <strong>performance, reliability, and security</strong> across critical healthcare flows</li> <li>Contribute to <strong>architecture decisions</strong>, technical strategy, and system design for a rapidly evolving platform</li> <li>Drive <strong>experimentation and iteration</strong>, enabling rapid product improvements while maintaining high quality</li> <li>Mentor engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence, code quality, and operational rigor</li> </ul> <h4>What We’re Looking For</h4> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience building and scaling fullstack applications</li> <li>Strong experience with <strong>modern frontend frameworks</strong> (React, TypeScript)</li> <li>Solid backend experience with <strong>Node.js (or similar)</strong> building APIs and distributed systems</li> <li>Experience designing and consuming <strong>RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL</strong></li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>system design, data modeling, and scalability</strong></li> <li>Experience working with <strong>cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)</strong> and modern deployment practices</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>observability, performance tuning, and production debugging</strong></li> <li>Ability to operate in a fast - moving environment with <strong>high ownership and accountability</strong></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.
