The role involves working closely with Finance, Risk, Front Office, and Technology teams to enhance valuation processes, controls, and reporting.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for Product Control and Valuations.</li> <li>Support enhancements to <strong>Independent Price Verification (IPV), Fair Value Adjustments (FVA), Prudent Valuation Adjustments (PVA)</strong>, and valuation controls.</li> <li>Analyse valuation data flows, reconciliations, and interfaces between trading, risk, and finance systems.</li> <li>Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and data quality issues.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li> <li>Coordinate with stakeholders, development teams, and testers to support solution delivery and UAT.</li> <li>Required Skills & Experience</li> <li>Proven Business Analysis experience within <strong>Investment Banking, Product Control, or Valuations</strong>.</li> <li>Good understanding of financial instruments, including derivatives, fixed income, FX, and equities.</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>IPV, valuation adjustments, fair value hierarchy, and valuation methodologies</strong>.</li> <li>Strong SQL, Excel, data analysis, and reconciliation skills.</li> <li>Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, Agile delivery, and UAT.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> <li>Nice to Have</li> <li>Knowledge of IFRS 13, IFRS 9, and prudent valuation regulations.</li> <li>Experience with Murex, Calypso, or similar trading and valuation platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with Python, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.</li> <li>Experience in Finance transformation or valuation control automation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Screening call with the Recruiter</li> <li>Competencies interview with Capco Hiring Manager</li> <li>Client’s interview</li> <li>Feedback/Offer</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">#LI-Hybrid</span></p>
