This role is critical in ensuring that data across the organization is well-modeled, secure, high-quality, discoverable, and optimized for analytics, AI/ML, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Business Stakeholders, and Data Governance teams to define architectural standards, enhance data flows, and ensure alignment with regulatory and internal policies such as PDPA.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p>1. Enterprise Data Architecture Design</p> <ul> <li>Define and maintain logical and physical data models across domains (e.g., customer, product,<br>transaction, risk)</li> <li>Establish data architecture principles, naming conventions, and modelling standards aligned with<br>business and regulatory needs.</li> <li>Design semantic layers, data marts, and feature stores to support analytics and AI use cases.</li> <li>Collaborate with Data Scientists to ensure feature definitions are consistent, reusable, and aligned with<br>business logic.</li> </ul> <p>2. Platform Integration & Optimization</p> <ul> <li>Work with Data Engineers to implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Services, Databricks,<br>and Delta Lake.</li> <li>Ensure architectural alignment across batch, streaming, and real-time data flows.</li> <li>Optimize data storage, partitioning, and indexing strategies for performance and cost-efficiency.</li> <li>Support AI/ML Engineers in designing model-ready datasets and feature pipelines.</li> </ul> <p>3. Governance & Metadata Management</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Data Governance and Privacy teams to embed classification, lineage, and consent<br>management into the architecture.</li> <li>Ensure integration with Unity Catalog, Azure Purview, and enterprise metadata tools.</li> <li>Design architecture that supports auditability, traceability, and policy enforcement across data and AI<br>assets.</li> </ul> <p>4.
