Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate</em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><em>Schedule: </em></strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)</span></p> <h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;">Communicate daily with branch managers, regional drivers on equipment transportation between branches</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Negotiate outside hauling costs for equipment transportation when unable to schedule internal regional drivers</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Address and resolve transportation challenges when they arise in order to meet scheduled deliveries</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient processes are in place for timely and cost effective deliveries</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Review, prepare, and route purchase orders</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Ensure deliveries and pick ups are coordinated with safety as the main priority</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Maintain high level of customer service with all customers </li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Monitor drivers hours and scheduling for availability to cover delivery responsibilities</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
