About The Role:  The GMP Equipment Monitoring Technician – 3rd shift role, plays a critical role in maintaining manufacturing readiness and operational continuity in a GMP-regulated AAV gene therapy environment. This position is responsible for monitoring complex manufacturing equipment such as bioreactors and chromatography skids, supporting facility monitoring activities, maintaining cleanroom readiness, and assisting with equipment and manufacturing area setup and cleanup. This role ensures that equipment and facility conditions remain within operational standards while supporting day-to-day GMP manufacturing activities.  Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Monitor and support operation of complex GMP manufacturing equipment, including bioreactors and chromatography skids, ensuring systems remain within defined operating parameters. </li> <li>Perform routine facility and equipment monitoring activities, documenting status and alarms in accordance with GMP requirements and SOPs. </li> <li>Support manufacturing operations by assisting with operations extending into night shift; equipment setup, changeover, and cleanup activities before and after production runs.&l
