You’ll build features end-to-end — from data models and APIs to the interfaces our customers and internal teams use. This is a high-ownership role: you won’t wait for a ticket to tell you what to do; you’ll identify gaps, propose solutions, and ship.</p> <ul> <li>Design and implement backend services in <strong>Java + Spring Boot</strong>, with a focus on financial flows (payments, collections, reconciliation)</li> <li>Build and maintain frontend interfaces in <strong>React + TypeScript</strong> — you’re comfortable owning a feature across both layers</li> <li>Model data and manage <strong>PostgreSQL</strong> and <strong>Redis</strong> for transactional and caching needs</li> <li>Work with <strong>event-driven architectures</strong> (Kafka or similar) in a distributed microservices environment</li> <li>Build and secure <strong>RESTful APIs</strong> for internal and external consumption</li> <li>Use <strong>AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)</strong> as a default part of your workflow — we expect this, not just welcome it</li> <li>Collaborate with your Pod Lead and PM to translate product needs into technical decisions, and push back when something doesn’t make sense</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Who you are</h2> <p><em>We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
