The successful candidate should first understand the business need and look for the right process, standard functionality or configuration before proposing technical solutions.<br>You will support an expanding multi-country Business Central environment, with a rollout planned across <strong>50+ countries</strong>, and will have the opportunity to grow over time into a broader Functional Analyst role.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 18pt;">What You’ll Do</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide L1/L2 functional support to Business Central Finance users.</li> <li>Analyse user questions and incidents and identify whether issues relate to process, data, setup or system functionality.</li> <li>Guide users towards the correct use of Business Central and standard Finance processes.</li> <li>Support Finance areas including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and taxes.</li> <li>Take ownership of support requests through resolution or appropriate escalation.</li> <li>Document solutions and contribute to self-service materials, knowledge bases, training documentation and support automation.</li> <li>Support user onboarding and training.</li> <li>Work with functional consultants and technical teams when deeper analysis or system changes are required.</li> <li>Support the continued rollout and adoption of Business Central across multiple countries.</li> <li>Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and user experience.</li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size: 18pt;">Who You Are</span></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in <strong>Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field</strong>.</li> <li>Around <strong>2 years of relevant ERP, application support or functional consulting experience</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Previous functional ERP support experience required.
