Reporting to the Director of International CRM, you will translate the global CRM strategy into locally relevant, high-performing programs across priority markets, including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, Korea, China, and Japan. You'll drive repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and brand loyalty through culturally relevant engagement.
