Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA.</p></div><p>We are looking for a Fabricator to work in our manufacturing machine shop who will work closely with manufacturing teams to support tooling and production needs for our robot lines.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Fabricate complex parts and assemblies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide feedback and solutions to improve designs and create efficiency.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist Engineers and Technicians with their projects.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide training to individuals who require use of the equipment in the shop. Including Engineers/Technicians/etc.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform preventative maintenance and repair on machines and equipment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain inventory of supplies and raw materials within the shop.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain an open and safe environment where teams can collaborate.</p> </li> <li> <p>Document and track workflow.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in a related industry.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong welding and fabrication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficient with manual mills and manual lathes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to tackle problems in which you may not have expert knowledge.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to understand engineering documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Safety conscious, dependable, and a positive attitude.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>CATIA experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>CNC.</p> </li> <li> <p>JIRA.</p> </li> </ul> <p>The US base pay range for this full-time position is $45.00 to $70.00 per hour.</p> <p>The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
