Employees are expected to work from the NYC office five days per week.</strong></p> <p><strong>We expect East Coast working hours.</strong></p> <p><strong>As Our IT Delivery Engineer, You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and maintain the systems and platforms that support the company’s internal IT environment</li> <li>Administer and troubleshoot SaaS platforms and endpoint management systems including Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and other core business tools</li> <li>Manage and improve device management and endpoint configuration across the global fleet using MDM platforms</li> <li>Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure systems meet company security and compliance standards</li> <li>Lead and contribute to IT infrastructure and service delivery improvement projects that increase system reliability and operational efficiency</li> <li>Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance IT service delivery, system management, and automation</li> <li>Develop automation and tooling to streamline provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows</li> <li>Maintain accurate system configuration and asset data to support operational visibility and audits</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and operational procedures</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve the scalability and reliability of internal systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Are Likely To Succeed If</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have 4+ years of experience in a modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure role supporting a distributed workforce</li> <li>You have hands-on experience administering MDM/endpoint management platforms (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom)</li> <li>You have led or made significant contributions to IT infrastructure or platform improvement projects — not just ticket queues</li> <li>You look for opportunities to automate and build tooling rather than repeat manual work</li> <li>You are comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end in a fast-paced, global environment</li> <li>You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and partner well across Security, Engineering, and Operations</li> <li>You are motivated by measurable improvements to system reliability, operational efficiency, and employee experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Our compensation package includes competitive salary and comprehensive benefit offerings. </li> <li>Opportunities to build a career as a manager or individual contributor through our career ladder that promotes based on impact.
